Energy Healing Workshop

Join us and restore balance with gentle movements and energetic healing.

Morning Session

Grounding
Setting your intention
Identifying energy
Moving energy
Chakras
Qi gung movements

Our morning session is a prerequisite for the afternoon session, as we will be building on what we've learned.

Afternoon Session

Feeling, sensing and seeing energy in ourselves as well as another. We will address the ailments that come up using acupressure points and work with some common complaints including headache, backache and weakened immune system.

We will also talk about how important meditation is for this work. Ending in a smile meditation.

Cost

Morning Session: $35
Both Sessions: $50

Please bring a veggie lunch to share.
